The Challenge

To re-envision the Museum space to best showcase the artifacts, and stories of both victims and survivors of the Holocaust.

Our Solution

Our design team implemented new areas to showcase specific stories related to the holocaust and cast awareness on survivor stories. This included new spaces designed to show imagery of victims and survivors, a model of Auschwitz which focused customized lighting features to showcase different areas of the internment camp, as well as large format graphics and display case vitrines to showcase artifacts.

Our team originally designed this museum space in St. Petersburg Florida over 20 years ago. In 2024 we were asked to re-design the space, including the core exhibit, as well as several other areas.

The Results

"The Museum looks fabulous and I’m so grateful for your work that helps The Florida Holocaust Museum carry out our mission of honoring the memory of millions of innocent men, women, or children who suffered or died in the Holocaust. I have been giving “behind-the-scenes” tours to our donors and members of the community and many of them are literally moved to tears during the walkthrough. It’s a very emotional space and your collaboration on bringing The Museum back is greatly appreciated."
